Leakages may originate either from the drainage pipes, or from bad maintenance of the roof (mainly the contact rubbers).

Sometimes the clogging has been resolved by pressuring air through the pipes, but you could also use some kind of flexible steel cable.

P.S. Krytox GPL-105 is the equivallent of VW's lubrication oil for the roof.

Clean again the rear drainage pipe and apply krytox lubricant to all roof seals. This should help..
